Change your perspective and change your life!  Powder Mountain has created an inspiring space with minimal impact and phenomenal views - an approach to resort development that is a must-see.  The mountain bike trails are both welcoming and challenging. We will use the environment to provide next-level coaching and inspire you to develop your deepest skill sets while connecting with other women and empowering them to be their best selves.  Silence the daily chatter that competes with the time you need to care for yourself. All meals are prepared by Executive Chef Chris Park and team with locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snacks, coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverages are included. Alcohol available for purchase.




Powder Mountain has beautiful condos and townhomes located on the mountain steps away from the heart of the weekend activities.  Room choices are: shared, solo and master suite. The shared room will have one other retreat guest and a shared bathroom. Solo room shares a bathroom. Master Suite has it's own bathroom. See pricing below.


Prepare you body for the day with mobility sessions and a healthy breakfast in the mornings with jaw-dropping vistas.

Enjoy a day full of mountain bike skills and trail riding (shuttles to be utilized).

Wrap up each day with a wonderful dinner and evening event.

*Friday evening will be the highlight of the weekend with a gourmet dinner on the mountain top followed by S’mores and Stargazing.

Unbelievable views and experiences will make a weekend you are sure to repeat every summer!

Schedule - What to expect:

Thursday, August 9th:

Arrive by evening in time for a bike check/bike fit and dinner with your fellow retreat guests.

Friday, August 10th:

Start the morning with a warm breakfast served with views of the gorgeous Eden Valley.  We will get on the bike for skills session followed by a mountain top lunch.

Afternoon will include a trail ride where we put our skills into practice on the trail. Handcrafted trail snacks and cold drinks will be available along the way.  

Take a break at your condo before the most stunning evening meal on top of the mountain with a fire and s’mores served at dark!

Saturday, August 11th:

Morning starts with a mobility/yoga session in the picturesque lodge followed by a warm breakfast. Then skills, mountain top lunch and trail ride.  

Afternoon will conclude at 4:00 PM on the mountain top with an inspiring speech and gifts for everyone!


Skills Covered

Body positions for climbing and descending: cornering, riding up and down obstacles, wheel lifts, small drops. 

Please note: this event is for the intermediate rider, some mountain biking experience and fitness required.
