The roads in Salt Lake are free of ice for the most part, so I got off the trainer and took some deep breaths of fresh air! There were even a few minutes of sunshine! City Creek Canyon was dry for the first 3.5 miles so we rode it a couple of times. On the way to and from there we rode through Research Park and 11th Ave. I'll take it for December!
