Coach Lynda had a specific training ride for me to execute on Saturday. She showed up on her moto to show me the route and give me encouragement! If that's not first class coaching, I don't know what is! It ended up being a beautiful day in the sun at the Green Valley race course. The temperature is perfect and the trails exactly what I need for where I am in my training. I love the desert in the winter!
