My friend Art started the meme WUKAR. He is a personal trainer and more. I bought one of his t-shirts because I believe in what he's doing. I don't train with him right now but would love to in the future. He's helped many cyclists make huge gains in strength and fitness. If you live in the SLC area I highly recommend him!
My son and I arrived in St. George for a couple weeks of training in the sun. Sounds like we escaped the SLC pollution just in time!
