My flight wasn't until 5:30 PM, so it gave me a chance to go see the Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan. Beautiful! Based on the sights I saw today, I could live in Traverse City (or just outside of it). The homes all have plenty of property around them and very few fences so it all feels open and flowing. Tall trees, large and small bodies of water, well kept old buildings and barns. Character. Just add some sunny days and I'm there!
