This is the 6th year the my coach Lynda has put together a training camp in St. George in January. I've attended the past 3 years. The official camp was last weekend, but due to bad weather a handful of us decided to postpone to this weekend. Lynda joined us and we rode the planned routes. Day 1 was a bluebird day, so beautiful and sunny!
