I was so thrilled to be back for another mid-week race. These short races are easy to love and it's such a nice atmosphere. What it comes down to is that I LOVE racing my bike, everything about mountain bike racing is great. Of course, first place makes me feel even better about life! The burned section of road was a bit dusty, smoky and hot, but fit my strength of big-ring climbing so I was happy. Garmin File.
